According to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the rights of data subjects are defined as follows:

(4) Right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data
(5) Right to erasure
(6) Right to restriction of processing
(7) Right to rectification

Once the company has received the form and the relevant supporting documents, after verifying the documents,
the company will immediately notify the relevant parties under its supervision and proceed with your request within
30 days from the date of receipt of the request and complete documents,
unless fulfilling your request would violate the privacy rights of others
or be contrary to the law.
If you wish the company to suspend processing, withdraw, object to, or delete your data,
please note that certain services may not be available to you without your personal data. In addition,
the company may refuse a data subject request if it is found that:

The evidence of identity provided is insufficient
• The request is unreasonable
• The request is excessive or repetitive
•
The data subject already possesses the information
• The request concerns compliance with or entering into a contract
between the data subject and the data controller
• The processing is necessary for compliance with the law, a court order,
or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
• The processing would adversely affect others
•
The information is necessary for processing
